  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In original packaging
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on innerwear or any items where the hygiene seal has been broken.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items
