Shipping Information
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unwashed and unworn
- In original packaging

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Information
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
- You will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item unless the return is due to our error
- If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchanged item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items without original tags attached
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Final sale items (if any are marked as such)
- Innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
